RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Dani's Cottage, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have received an incorrect item or damaged items, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue and send out the correct item to you. We understand that sometimes items do get damaged in transit. For any damaged items received, please reach out to us with a photo of the damage at your earliest convenience. A refund, replacement, or store credit will be arranged as needed.
For items that need to be returned to us, we ask that they are packaged in their original packaging and securely posted. This is a free service for you, as we will provide the return postage label. Please ensure that any claim for refunds or exchanges is made within 30 days from the purchase date; claims made after 30 days will be void.
Note: The refund and replacement policy is only valid for brand new items purchased.
PRE LOVED TREASURES
Purchases of pre loved treasures are sold 'as is' and do not qualify for a refund. The condition, damage, or existing marks on any pre loved items will be noted in the description, so please read this carefully before making your purchase. If the item has been received damaged whilst in transit, do contact us at your earliest convenience with a photo of the damage.
