At Dani's Cottage we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you have received an item that is incorrect to what you had purchased please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the issue and send out the correct item to you.
We understand that sometimes items do get damaged in transit so for any items received damaged, contact us with a photo of the damaged item at your earliest convenience.
A refund, replacement or store credit will be arranged.
Items that need to be returned to us, we ask that it is packaged in it's original packaging and securely posted to prevent any damage.
This is a free service to you as we will provide the return postage label.
Please ensure that any claim for a refund or replacement is within 30 days from the purchase date. Any claims after 30 days will be void.
Note: The refund and replacement policy is only valid for Brand New items purchased.
PRE LOVED TREASURES
Purchases of second hand items are sold 'as is' and do not qualify for a refund.
The condition, damage or existing marks to any pre loved items will be noted in the description, please read this carefully before making your purchase.
